Our History and Future
Our founders and early team members grew up in the post-conflict environment of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The period from 2007 to 2022 afforded us the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most prominent international organizations, including UN agencies and international NGOs. These experiences enriched us with extensive knowledge, access to cutting-edge practices and theories, and ongoing learning opportunities, allowing us to advance to senior roles early in our careers.
However, upon encountering the proverbial “glass ceiling” within these organizations, our desire for continuous progress and excellence grew stronger. Driven by passion, a “can-do attitude” and a bold vision, we founded Evidence-Based Development International (EBD International) in 2022 to turn our aspirations into reality. Taking a leap into the global market, we rapidly earned the trust of major organizations such as UNDP, UNFPA, the Council of Europe, Save the Children, World Vision International, CARE Netherlands, and numerous other companies and NGOs.
Today, our team is consistently growing, and we are actively expanding our presence with new offices in the United States and Georgia. While we continue to innovate and reach new milestones, our core values remain steadfast.
